Privacy policy

rbxsurveys.com collects as little as it can. You sign up with your Roblox username only: we never ask for a password, an email address or your real name.

What we store

• Your Roblox account's public details: user ID, username and display name, read from Roblox's public API when you sign up and sign in.
• Account facts: when you confirmed you're 13 or older, and when you verified your Roblox account.
• Sign-ins: for each signed-in device, when it signed in and when it was last used. The cookie's value is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
• Verification phrases: the phrase we ask you to paste into your Roblox About section. We read your public About text only to check for it.
• Offers you complete: when an offer partner tells us you finished an offer, we store which offer, the payout, and the country and IP address the partner reports, to credit you and to stop fraud.
• Security record: when you sign up, sign in on a new device, verify your account or ask for a withdrawal, we note the time, your IP address, your country (as Cloudflare reports it) and a scrambled (hashed) form of our device cookie. We use it only to spot several accounts on one device or network, and other fraud.

Fraud checks

To stop VPNs, proxies and Tor, which offer partners don't credit, we send the IP address you use to open an offer wall or ask for a withdrawal, and the IP address an offer partner reports for a completed offer, to proxycheck.io. It tells us whether the address belongs to a VPN, a proxy or Tor. We keep its answer for 24 hours. Nothing else about you is sent.

The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person and not a bot. Turnstile runs in your browser and is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy; it doesn't use advertising cookies.

Offer walls

When you open an offer wall, we send the partner (currently Affmine and TapRain) a random ID that only we can link to your account. We never send your Roblox username or ID. Offers are run by the partners and the companies behind them, and they have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived one while you verify your Roblox account, and a device cookie (a random value, kept for a year) that we set when you sign up or sign in, used only for the fraud checks above. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

• Your account details: for as long as your account exists.
• Sign-ins: until you sign out, or 90 days after the device was last used.
• Verification phrases: they stop working after 30 minutes.
• Security record (IP address, country and device): 90 days.
• proxycheck.io's answer for an IP address: 24 hours.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Offer partners get only the random ID described above. proxycheck.io gets only the IP addresses described under Fraud checks, and Cloudflare runs Turnstile on the sign-up form. We may share information if the law requires it.

Age

rbxsurveys.com is for people 13 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and its data, contact us at the address on our Contact page (coming soon).

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date.
